I was replacing a toilet and found that the outlet where it attaches to the floor was almost entirely plugged with white mineral debris. My first thought was to remove the debris and continue to install the new toilet. I decided I needed to contact a plumbing expert for advice. I’m very glad I called Primo Plumbing. Mike explained what could be causing the debris buildup and suggested that I schedule an appointment for Primo Plumbing to inspect my sewage line with their state of the art video camera. My fear was that roots had entered into the system and causing the debris buildup. The camera inspection showed that there were no roots penetrating the system which was a huge relief. The final step in the process was to clean the mineral buildup inside of the sewer lines and this was quickly done with their high pressure jetting system. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and prompt service. The entire job only took Primo Plumbing about 60 minutes.—Jose R.

I had a pipe break in our garage; unfortunately I didn’t have “my very own” plumber so I went online searching for one with good reviews. I hit the jackpot. Called Mike and he answered immediately. He told me he would swing by before his first job and take a look. Arrived when he said he would, figured out the problem, gave me an estimate, and said he would return after he finished his original job. Returned 20 minutes before he thought he would be back AND told me that he had thought of a way to do my repair that would SAVE me money. An hour and 10 minutes later the job was completed and it was $100 less than the original quote. He also checked my pressure gauge and told me it worked just fine, there was no need to replace it. When I asked him about replacing a corroded looking hose bib and water turn-off valve, he said he could do the work but it wasn’t in need of immediate repair if I wanted to work it into my budget down the road. I don’t know what else to write other than – when you pick out a repairman just from GOOGLE reviews, Mike was what you cross your fingers and hope for. Punctual, professional, honest.
